Business Development Representative

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Representative (External Sales) to drive business growth across assigned regions. The ideal candidate must be a proactive self-starter with strong sales expertise, technically minded, excellent networking abilities, and a solid understanding of regional markets of the following areas will be beneficial; Africa, Gauteng, North-West (Rustenburg), Limpopo, and Mpumalanga.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across Africa, Gauteng, North-West (Rustenburg), Limpopo, and Mpumalanga.
• Knowledge of the regions will be beneficial.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through face-to-face meetings and continuous engagement.
• Actively prospect, cold call, and generate leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct on-site client visits, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities within the assigned regions.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop customised solutions for clients.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.

• Reside in East Rand or surrounding areas.
• Proven experience in external sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Experience in at least two of the specified regions (Africa, Gauteng, North-West, Limpopo, or Mpumalanga) will be highly beneficial.
• Strong hunter with a proven ability to acquire new business.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
• Valid drivers license.
