Business Performance Manager

Location: Gauteng & Northern CapeIndustry: Security

Were seeking a Business Performance Manager to drive departmental accountability and performance across all branches.

Your Mission: Act as the central force ensuring all departments deliver on their goals. Youll be overseeing operations as a whole, monitoring progress, identifying issues, and driving resolutions.

What Youll Do:

• Review performance data and follow up with departments to close gaps.
• Treat the business like a project - drive timelines, ownership, and quality.
• Provide reporting on progress, risks, and task completion status.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure site standards are met.

Were Looking For:

• A natural coordinator with strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Experience in multi-site performance management or security operations.
• High attention to detail and accountability-driven mindset.

• Candidates must have above-average computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Strong administrative skills are essential. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Compiling and submitting reports
• Following up on outstanding tasks
• Coordinating documentation across departments and sites
• Excellent verbal and written communication is expected, along with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R20 000,00 - R60 000,00 per month
