  • Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work-related resources.
  • Develop rapport internally and externally and provide transparent communication and awareness to relevant stakeholders.
  • Execute campaigns, initiatives and projects under direct supervision across CARE enabling mechanisms.
  • Provide administrative support including logistical requirements for campaigns, initiatives and projects.
  • Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity within own team.
  • Identify and utilize opportunities to assess and improve own performance.
  • Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards.
  • Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making.
  • Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialization.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
  • Experience: No formal work experience required, but exposure to volunteerism or social initiatives is beneficial
  • Qualification: National Diploma or Degree (in progress or completed) in: Social Sciences, Business Administration, Public Relations or Communications, Community Development
  • Knowledge of social impact or non-profit work (advantageous)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (MS Teams, Outlook)
  • Drivers License: Valid license
