We are hiring for a Herbicide Portfolio Lead to join our team.

Operational function

• Drive Herbicide portfolio demand and forecast accuracy
• Each Monthly review, Month +3, Month+6, Month + Full Year (FY), Vs previous Year.
• Review Agent sales analysis (check distributor stock on hand vs year to date forecast. vs Year on Year demand. I
• Internal Business Portfolio updates done timeously.
• Build Herbicide Launch and Portfolio Committee Team (LPCT) accountability and drive execution of all functions for portfolio including R and D, Supply Artwork and Pricing
• Provide internal feedback at crop protection management team with targeted monthly outcomes
• Crop Campaign plans: Execute Campaign plan for summer season crops and include Seasonal postmortems.
• Lead and manage customer technical services team for Portfolio
• Ensure Safety Goals and GrowU courses are completed and follow up for line reports

Portfolio function:

• Manage and check Portfolio revenue for Herbicide and Pasture and Land Management
• Deliver above market growth in core markets (FY) in Herbicide and Nitrogen management portfolio
• Lead Summer season Pricing excellence
• Lead price/volume analysis to structure Portfolio offers to market
• Lead Arylex volume growth expansion
• Drive New product introductions with defined business plans

Customer centricity:

• Create innovative marketing support tools to drive summer rainfall portfolio adoption
• Biological cross collaboration opportunities to develop new CP and biological market solutions
• Directly engage with key customers/top retail customers to build & strengthen relationships during commercial discussions

Shape the future:

• Lead portfolio product submission in PNAV system to drive portfolio delivery: Business case + Makers and Breaker review (Q2), Regional portfolio review of projects(Q3), Attribute maps review (data review)
• Lead regional growth initiative project submission: Capture opportunities and prioritize (Q2)
• Lead successful Portfolio review and coordinate visit (Q1)
• Complete accelerated integrated marketing (AIM) review process
• Develop generic defense strategy for key actives aligned with innovative marketing support strategies
