KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of channel and network information base, dealer system management, and information collection.

· Responsible for establishing communication mechanisms between OEMs and channels, organizing dealer communication meetings, etc.

· Responsible for the implementation of channel operation evaluation, evaluation performance analysis, and application.

· Responsible for establishing a channel training system and designing related management and training tools.

· Responsible for organizing the training of new network and network channels.

· Responsible for enabling inefficient networks and promoting the rectification of inefficient networks.

· Other daily temporary work arranged by leaders.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor degree or above

· 3-5 years or above experience in automobile marketing and network management

· Familiar with the automotive industry, master automotive marketing knowledge

· Have experience in channel operation and management of mainstream automobile enterprises.

· Have an in-depth understanding of the elements of channel operation and management, have rich experience in dealer promotion projects, and can organize the operation evaluation of dealers.

COMPETENCIES:

· Have the ability to build a training system, understand the content of channel training (product, sales process skills, sales talk training, etc.), participate in dealer training, and organize and complete dealer training.

· Proficient in the use of office software, teamwork skills, and communication skills.
