Channel Sales Manager

1. Establish and identify new relationships and customers

2. Maintain current relationships of each Channel within regions and ensure the support of regional deals and marketing.

3. Analyse channel performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually basis

4. Drive sell-through of all company products

5. Manage Channel aging stock and daily stock on hand, and verify the Sales report by Dealers

6. Conduct stock order requests with stores, ensure that Dealers place stock orders at the beginning of every month and monitor the weekly stock requirements.

7. Working closely with the Field Marketing team to collaborate on sell-out campaigns

8. Submit weekly Purchase Sales & Inventory (PSI) report to the Product, Sales Managers and Executives

9. Measure ROI on financial investment versus sales upliftment 10. Work closely with Marketing team to build brand visibility and awareness

11. Setup quarterly and monthly promo/marketing calendar

12. Setup quarterly review business sessions with channel management

13. Minute taking and distribution to the relevant parties within 24 hours after the meeting

14. Submission of channel invoices to Finance for payment

15. Maintain relationships with external stakeholders

16. Hold weekly meetings with Dealers and ensure daily communication with the Operations Managers of each Dealer.

17. Conduct national channel regional mapping of staff monthly

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Min 5 years Sales experience in a similar role
  • National Senior Certificate (Matric Certificate)
  • Tertiary qualification - advantage
  • Result Driven
  • MS Office Suite - Intermediate
  • Minute taking
