Chief Technology Officer

Solutions Architecture Lead technical architecture design and planning. Conduct technical scope sessions with clients and internal teams. Manage and participate in customer and supplier meetings for requirements gathering and strategy alignment. Design detailed implementation and contingency plans. Oversee testing, deployment, and execution of technical solutions. Customer Success Consultants Act as a senior advisor on complex client projects and initiatives. Deliver advanced training and mentorship to the Customer Success team. Review and support the development of technical proposals and RFP responses. Support Oversight Provide senior advisory support on technical escalations. Develop and conduct training programs for support staff. Oversee incident management for both server and supplier issues. Drive development and enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Handle service reconciliations, escalations, and reporting. Domains Management Provide leadership in consultation, scoping, implementation, administration, and ongoing management across all domain-related projects. Vendor and Platform Oversight Microsoft - Tenant & Supplier Full lifecycle involvement: consultation, scoping, implementation, administration, and management. Manage Microsoft portals, pricing administration, and handle supplier queries and escalations. Silicon Sky - Tenant & Supplier Oversee product consultation, implementation, tenant administration, and supplier management. Handle pricing and supplier portal operations. Sophos - Tenant & Supplier End-to-end management from product consultation to supplier engagement. Ensure platform and security implementations meet industry standards. Nable Cove Data Full responsibility for consultation, implementation, administration, and management. Consultation on products and services Scoping Implementation Administration Management Work with technical staff to maintain performance, integration, and platform compliance. Nable Mail Assure Consultation on products and services Scoping Implementation Administration Management Connect Lead consultation, proposal development, scoping, and management for Fresh Service solutions and related integrations. Networking Solutions Cambium, Unifi, Grandstream (Tenant) Provide consultation and scoping services. Manage ongoing operations and system enhancements. Internal Operations Oversee internal systems including: Kaseya Autotask Kaseya VSAX Kaseya Quote Manager CloudQuote Administer hosted environments and lead internal project advisory functions. Support PR and marketing with technical content development and strategy. Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a technical leadership or architectural role. Proven experience with multi-vendor environments (Microsoft, Sophos, Silicon Sky, N-able, Cambium, Unifi , Grand stream). Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, security systems, and cloud-based services. Experience managing support teams, professional services, and vendor relationships. Between 7 - 10 Years
