Client Account Administrator

About Us

We are a rapidly growing UK property company specialising in residential lettings, property management, and investments. Were looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Client Accounts Administrator to take charge of our client finances and bring value to our team through expertise, efficiency, and forward-thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily client account operations related to lettings and property management. Use Xero to track income, expenses, and reconcile client accounts and use of a crm system such as 10ninety Collect, record, and process rent payments, deposits, and landlord disbursements

Prepare and send monthly statements to landlords.

Respond to client queries regarding payments, invoices, and account summaries.

Ensure all deposits are logged and processed in line with tenancy deposit regulations.

Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure smooth financial processes.

Maintain accurate records for compliance, auditing, and reporting. Assist with year-end financials and tax preparation.

Identify and implement improvements to account workflows and reporting.

Experience in sending out rent demands for commercial properties.

Experience in service charge accounts and preparing section 20 notices.

Requirements

At least 2 years experience managing client accounts in the UK property sector an advantage.

Proficient in Xero accounting software Excellent understanding of rent collection, deposits, and client money handling Tech-savvy with strong Excel and Google Workspace skills Comfortable using property CRM systems (e.g. 10ninety, Arthur, or similar).

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Proactive and forward-thinking with excellent attention to detail.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Must have your own laptop not older than 2 years old I5 onwards with 8GB ram plus. Internet speed of 20Mbs upload and 20Mbs download.

Back up Power.

Remote experience 2 years plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R18 000,00 per month
