Client Acquisition Representative

We are looking for a driven, proactive, and results-oriented Client Acquisition Representative to join our dynamic team and help scale the agencys portfolio through innovative sales strategies and meaningful prospect engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Receive qualified leads from BDR
• Conduct discovery sessions and understand client needs
• Prepare customized proposals and pitch presentations
• Lead all client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Close deals and ensure contract signing
• Manage onboarding and handover to internal teams
• Provide detailed reports on sales conversions and insights to management

Remuneration:

Basic Salary of R8500 + Attractive Commission Structure

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales (agency experience a plus) with closing responsibility
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), well-spoken, confident, persuasive, and goal-driven
• In-depth understanding of what a Public Relations and Marketing Agency does
• Excellent pitching, proposal writing, and presentation skills
• Organized and comfortable using CRM tools
• Ability to meet targets, deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinker with an eye for client growth opportunities
• Reliable, professional, and client-facing presence
• Own reliable transportation
• Willing to learn and grow into a more senior sales role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From R8 500,00 per month
