Remote Sales Representative - U.S. Time Zone

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity focused on client acquisition, product sales, and building a strong foundation for future sales growth.

This role involves direct communication with potential leads primarily through Zoom meetings, outbound calls, and responding to inbound website inquiries. In addition to active selling, you will assist in developing and refining sales scripts, contributing to AI-based script training initiatives, and building our internal sales knowledgebase.

Position Details:

• Full-time remote position

• Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

• KPI-focused: new business acquisition and sales performance

• Conducting lead-based client meetings via Zoom and other online platforms

• Developing, refining, and maintaining sales scripts

• Assisting in the development of AI-driven training scripts for future automation

• Building and maintaining a comprehensive Sales Knowledgebase

Requirements:

• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable and knowledgeable using Zoom, CRM systems, and other online platforms

• Strong sales background with proven ability to close deals and overcome objections

• Experience in sales script development and CRM workflows is a strong advantage

• Familiarity with AI script development or willingness to learn is highly preferred

• Must be available during U.S. business hours

• Professional, quiet, and distraction-free home - office environment suitable for online meetings

Technical Requirements:

• Desktop or laptop (no tablets permitted) with Intel Core i5 processor or higher

• Minimum 8 GB RAM

• USB headset with built-in microphone

• Stable and reliable fixed-line internet connection

• Ethernet cable connection directly to modem or router

• Backup power source (UPS or generator) to handle potential outages

Salary:

• Annual salary: R480,000 plus commission based on performance
