Sanlam Collective Investments (SCI) Sanlam Collective Investments is the registered Collective Investment Scheme (CIS) Management Company for Sanlam and Sanlam Investments. As our MANCO, they expertly manage a platform for unit trusts and hedge funds, such as qualified investor hedge funds and retail investor hedge funds. They are regulated by the FSCA and play a risk management function, overseeing all regulatory reporting and post-trade compliance. Role Obejctive: The Client Services Consultant (CSC) primary objective is to provide exceptional customer service to clients in the SCI Client Enablement: Retail Services business. This role involves building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients and financial advisers, providing an exceptional experience and focusing on building trust and confidence. CSC will be the main contact for clients, providing them with prompt and precise information and addressing any issues or concerns they may encounter. Key responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and investments options based on their financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Monitor and analyse financial markets and provide clients with regular updates on investment performance.
- Resolve client complaints, client request and other issues through collaboration with other department in a timely and efficient manner to ensure seamless client experience.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Actively participate in the organizations continuous improvement by analysing client data to identify trend (service-related failures) and proposing solutions to processes and areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Keep abreast of market trends and developments, as well as regulatory changes, and communicate relevant information to clients.
- Ensure that all client transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Contribute to the development of client service policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the companys services and build relationships with clients.
- Degree or Diploma or Grade 12 with 3 to 5 years related experience.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
