Professional Status: Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in good standing with the Legal Practice Council. Experience: a minimum of 7 years of post-article experience with proven expertise in Commercial law and Tax Litigation, the candidate should possess exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities, and a meticulous eye for detail. Electronically proficient. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective client and team interactions. Approach: A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a track record of handling complex legal issues and project management. Responsibilities: Offer legal advice in Commercial law and Tax litigation. Drafting: Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions and brief in High Court and Tax Court matters. Research and Compliance: Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes through diligent research, ensuring our legal practices remain at the forefront.
