To be responsible for creating and maintaining new business and maintenance forms and updating all compliance, business rules and legislative changes on multiple financial adviser and investor document, including but not limited to forms, product terms and conditions, policy documents, brochures, etc. Key Outcomes The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Communication Administration Specialist: Administrative Document Management
- Manage changes to all financial adviser and investor facing investment documents in line with business, regulatory and legislation requirements
- Update SharePoint with the latest versions of all forms
- Maintain and keep an up-to-date report of changes made and track progress based on timelines
- Form strong relationships with stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Operations, Product, Adviser support) and manage the process from brief to edits to obtaining sign off on all document changes
- Update the financial adviser and public facing websites with updated investment documentation
- Maintain and update communication templates used for internal and external communication
- Compile and prepare data extracts for communication
- Assist with the maintenance, update and storage of the communication teams Process Guides
- Assist with the preparation and arrange for distribution of business-as-usual communication to internal and external parties when required
- Assist in ad-hoc communication related projects
- Assist with compiling the communication month end report
- Matric
- Relevant industry related diploma or degree
- Minimum 3 years working experience in an administrative document management role
- Financial Services Provider (FSP) knowledge and experience is advantageous
