Community Manager
Key Responsibilities: • Community Engagement: Respond to customer queries, monitor social media channels, and proactively seek out opportunities for engagement.• Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule social media content across various platforms.• Conversation Monitoring: Track relevant conversations and trends, providing insights to the team.• Customer Support: Provide customer service on incoming social media channels and resolve issues promptly.• Reporting: Track and report on community growth and engagement metrics.
Skills & Experience: • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices. Meta Business Suite essential. Hootsuite experience is an advantage. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to build rapport and engage with online communities. • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. • A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
