Their services cover various aspects such as back-office support, customer service, risk management, fraud prevention, player pay-outs, talent acquisition, and CRM management.

Role DescriptionIn this pivotal role, the Compliance Administrator will engage in a variety of essential tasks that include monitoring and implementing comprehensive compliance procedures, conducting thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, and managing the onboarding process for due diligence (DD) to ensure that all regulatory standards are met. Furthermore, this role requires meticulous record-keeping to maintain compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Profound knowledge of regulatory compliance, coupled with strong analytical skills to assess and interpret complex data - Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication abilities to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners
  • Solid experience with due diligence (DD) and KYC processes, ensuring that all client interactions comply with regulatory standards
  • Familiarity with the iGaming industry is considered an added advantage, providing insight into the unique compliance challenges within this field
