Construction Project Manager

As a Residential Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing all phases of residential construction projects. This includes managing and coordinating contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site crews to ensure smooth project execution. You will be required to ensure compliance with building codes, permits, safety regulations, and industry best practices while closely monitoring project budgets, timelines, and resources, making necessary adjustments as needed. Conducting site inspections will be essential to maintaining quality control and promptly resolving any issues that arise. Additionally, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure that project specifications are met while efficiently procuring materials and managing supply chain logistics. Maintaining clear communication with clients, providing progress updates, and addressing any concerns will be a key part of your role. You will also be responsible for handling all project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders, while implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential project delays or cost overruns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R25 000,00 - R50 000,00 per month

Experience:

• Construction Project Management: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
