About Us:
We are a leading retail fuel company seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Management and Licensing Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Management and Licensing Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business, subsidiaries, depots, and retailers comply with all relevant legislation, regulations, standards, and requirements.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Contract Management and Licensing Administrator with a strong background in law and/or compliance to support our Legal Compliance Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all licensing and legal requirements, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the legal compliance team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain all company licenses and permits, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Maintain accurate records of all contracts and licensing documentation.
· Assist stakeholders with Annual Retail License submissions
· Monitor contract performance and ensure that all obligations are met.
· Provide administrative support as part of the supplier due diligence process, including liaising with supplier relationship owners within the business and checking submitted documents against policies, processes and governance frameworks.
· Collect and coordinate internal compliance data with auditors and various departments
· Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders on accountability and responsibilities relating to compliance with licensing requirements.
· Liaise with Regulatory Authorities on various compliance matters and respond to regulatory requests.
· Monitor competitor non-compliance trends and report to regulatory bodies
Requirements:
· National Diploma or Degree in Law and/or Compliance or equivalent field experience
· 3+ years of experience in a contract management, compliance or licensing role (experience in the retail fuel environment advantageous)
· Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Broad-based understanding of compliance regulations, especially in the petroleum industry
· Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
