Join Our Team as a Contract Specialist

As a Contract Specialist at Exxaro, you will play a vital role in supporting the Manager: Contract Management by delivering comprehensive source-to-contract life cycle services across a dedicated portfolio of contracts. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across all Business Units to ensure contracts are strategically sourced, effectively negotiated, and meticulously managed in alignment with Exxaros standards and business objectives. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to value creation, governance excellence, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• B Degree (Essential/Minimum)
• Certificate First Line Management (Essential/Minimum)

EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years Relevant supply chain experience; procurement, contract management. Adept in working with MS Office, various databases, and contract management systems. Understanding of Enterprise Resources Planning and/or Cloud based procurement solutions (e.g. SAP, Coupa) (Essential/Minimum) Operational

REQUIREMENTS:

• Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
• Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
• Competence: MS Office Relevant Package (Essential/Minimum)

Ideal Candidate Profile (Includes but not limited to):

Ability to:

• Assist the Manager, Contract Management with providing source-to-contract life cycle management services to all Exxaros Business Units for a portfolio of contracts
