Control Room Operator

We require a motivated individual to join our team as Control room Operator. The successful incumbent will be responsible but not limited to monitoring the fleet management systems, posting and monitoring of staff and compiling reports on what was observed.

The Control Room Operators primary purpose is to oversee, co-ordinate and report on the protection of sites through monitoring and regulating the companys procedure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Monitoring/tracking of company vehicles,Containers and tracking devices.

· Daily posting of staff.

· Monitor man patrol activities on sites.

· Daily reporting of occurrences.

· Reporting of irregular activities.

· Communicating with clients, managers and supervisors.

· Response on system / email / report.

· Reporting of issues to the relevant departments

· The monitoring of cameras and reporting on what is recorded.

· Monitoring of vehicle tracking systems and dash cameras.

· Ensuring guarding units are properly maintained according to SLA.

QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE

· Grade B PSIRA Certificate.

· 2 - 3 years relevant work experience

· Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, CCTV)

· Knowledge of staff posting.

· Sound report writing skills.

· Excellent command of the English language.

· Excellent telephone etiquette and knowledge of the above.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From R4 000,00 per month
