Join Our Team as a Control Room Operator!

Your Role:

As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for:

Real-Time Monitoring

  • Conducting live surveillance via CCTV to detect security threats.
  • Analysing recorded footage for investigations and incident resolution.

Incident Response & Reporting

  • Reporting and escalating security breaches or suspicious activities.
  • Coordinating with security teams, management, and emergency responders.

Control Room Operations

  • Operating and maintaining surveillance equipment and security technology.
  • Keeping accurate logs and reports of incidents and daily activities.

What Were Looking For:

✔ PSiRA Registration (mandatory)✔ Grade 12 (Matric)✔ Experience in control room operations, CCTV monitoring, and incident investigation.✔ Strong computer literacy and familiarity with security software.✔ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.✔ Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Additional Information:

  • Shift work required (including nights, weekends, and public holidays).
  • Own transport is advantageous due to shift schedules.
