Coordinator II

Were hiring a Coordinator in a hybrid role to join our team in Stellenbosch! Were only considering candidates located in and around Stellenbosch.

• Working closely with team members to ensure clients receive an excellent and speedy service.
• Engaging with new and prospective customers through all stages from Lead to Invoice, and doing contract reviews, quotations, invoicing and follow-up on accounts payable.
• Receive claims from subcontractors, reconciling expenses with planned activities, and compiling client invoices accordingly.
• Reconciling scheme owner fees with actual delivered activities.
• Other duties that are reasonably within the scope of the role and function.

Qualifications: Experience with invoicing and financial activities Tertiary qualification in bookkeeping or accounting, beneficial Operational knowledge of accounting software Experience working with customer accounts Sound understanding of finances in order to determine cost of delivery. Knowledge of the basic requirements of the agriculture and food manufacturing sector in South Africa Good communications and interpersonal skills Knowledge of systems/procedures and how they need to be applied Ability to prioritize work Ability to assimilate basic data and information and put into report format for management review Customer care focus Problem solving Notice to Agency and Search Firm Representatives: Please note that NSF is not accepting unsolicited resumes from agencies and search firms for this role.
