We are looking to hire a Copywriter to join our team! Reporting to the Head of Brand & Acquisition youll play a pivotal role in creating compelling and persuasive content that assembles the essence of our global brand. Youll craft a diverse range of content, including website copy, social media posts (paid & organic), email campaigns, brochures, and print ads, ensuring that your writing resonates across various international markets.

Your writing will highlight how Exodus offers a different way to holiday, emphasizing the freedom, comfort, and unique experiences we provide.

What you´ll do:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging, high-quality copy for multiple platforms, including website content, social media, email marketing, brochures, and print advertisements.
• Brand Voice: Maintain and improve Exodus brand voice across all channels, ensuring consistency, clarity, and appeal.
• SEO Optimisation: Incorporate SEO standard methodologies and relevant keywords to improve the visibility and searchability of our content across global markets.
• Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate with the Creative Marketing team to implement content for promotional campaigns, product launches, and special offers.
• Market Research: Conduct detailed research on target audiences, industry trends, and competitors to advise your writing and ensure our content is globally driven.
• Proofreading and Editing: Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, style, and tone to maintain high standards of quality.
• Creative Strategy: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative strategies to continuously improve our content.

What you´ll bring:

• Proven experience as a Copywriter or in a similar role, ideally in the travel sector.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of the English language.
• Strong knowledge and experience specifically in email copywriting for CRM departments.
• Strong understanding of SEO standard methodologies and keyword integration.
• Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content strategy.
• Creativity and the ability to think in an unexpected way to build engaging and innovative content.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, leading multiple projects simultaneously.
