Corporate Tax Senior Consultant

Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Corporate Tax Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate taxation and excellent analytical skills. The Corporate Tax Senior Consultant will be responsible for providing tax consulting services to clients, researching complex tax issues, developing tax strategies, and assisting in tax planning and compliance activities. Responsibilities:

• Provide tax consulting services to clients on various corporate tax matters
• Research and analyze tax issues and provide recommendations to clients
• Develop tax strategies to minimize tax liability for clients
• Prepare and review tax returns for corporations
• Assist clients with tax planning and compliance activities
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
• Stay up to date on changes in tax laws and regulations
• Assist in training and mentoring junior tax team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate tax consulting

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of corporate tax laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tax preparation software
