The purpose of the role is as follows: To manage and enhance Custody product offerings and collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client needs. Drive revenue growth and maintain competitive positioning in the market. Are you someone who can:

• Engage in the development of Custody products and services in alignment with client requirements and market trends.
• Conduct a thorough market analysis in market trends, the competitive landscape, and client needs to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Develop comprehensive product material and documentation including product guides, and presentations for internal and external use.
• Product training services and sessions to internal client servicing teams on custody products and services, maintaining awareness of regulatory changes and updates.
• Provide product support to clients and internal teams, where required.
• Collaborate with teams and individuals responsible for product placement/positioning to ensure alignment.
• Process orders and settlement transactions originating from Client instructions.
• Render expertise in the array of custody products and offer support to clients and internal teams where required.
• Analyse market trends, develop training materials and liaise with key stakeholders in the provision of expertise.
• Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.
• Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence, or information, together with analysing trends and data.
• Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have the following:

• Matric; relevant degree / diploma advantageous
• 1+ years Bonds and Money Market Settlements experience
