Eduvos is looking to hire the services of a Customer Relationship Marketer Lead based at our Pretoria campus.

Type of position: Permanent appointment

The Position: Responsible for implementing and managing the tactical and strategic end to school relationships and data collection. This position is responsible for achieving, within agreed budgets, all data collection targets from the designated market.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum qualification: Relevant undergraduate degree such as commerce, education, social sciences or marketing.

Experience:

  • At least three years sales management experience
  • Higher education experience will be advantageous
  • 2-year teaching exposure will be advantageous
Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

As the Customer Relationship Marketer Lead, you will be primarily responsible for the following:

  • Implementing national standards for school engagements and positioning of value adds
  • Coordination of national events hosted on campuses
  • Enforcing standardization
  • Attending school visits to monitor performance and quality of engagements
  • Tracking and monitoring the number of leads
  • Tracking and monitoring long lead nurture activities and driving applications
  • Tracking and monitoring the number of activities and engagements
  • Access to schools (number of schools - existing and new)
  • Alignment with segmentation strategy
  • Monitoring and coaching of CRMs quality of engagements (professional behavior & product knowledge displayed)
  • Budget management
  • Operational planning - plans, objectives, priorities, schedules, projects
  • Operational implementation and execution monitoring - control, corrective action
  • Reporting
  • Coaching and mentoring
  • Problem solving and decision quality, including escalations, queries and complaints
  • Resource and capacity management (people, equipment, assignment and re-allocation of resources between teams; workload and workflow monitoring between teams)
  • Governance and compliance
  • Key stakeholders identified and relationships initiated and maintained
  • In touch with what is happening in other departments / functions
  • Share relevant information and support others deliverables appropriately
  • Expectations clarified and agreed
