Data Management Centre Manager

Purpose of Role

Data Management Centre Manager strives for quality, accurate, complete and timely management of beneficiary and applicant data through our system of record, Athena, CRM Portal, Self-Service Portal and Zeus.

Objectives of Role Primary Functions
  • The role manages the data inputs and outputs for programme and selection campaigns
  • The role is a product owner of Athena and manages all system enhancements.
  • The DMC Manager, manages our Client Service Centre where we centralize communication for our Programme activities both inbound and outbound
  • Functional management of DMC team - monitors and manages Talent and budget for the unit, including Cross functional collaborations.
  • Product owner / application support - system enhancements and product ownership for data collection and management
  • Knowledge management - monitor and enhance sharepoint platform
  • Conduct data cleanse audits for Knowledge management team
  • Attends scrum meetings for system enhancements
  • Compile reports for input into the Board Report
  • Respond to requests for ad-hoc reports and/or standard reports
  • Implement and manages quality control checks for data capturing and data processing
  • Investigate and resolves queries relating to the selection and other related issues
  • Review the design workflow for tracking and capturing of statutory documentation
  • Designs and implements standard operating procedures for all data management processes.
  • Quality checks and reports on all memorandum of agreements collected from programme participants and guardians
  • Ensure all relevant data is captured for renewals and re-onboarding.
  • Follow up with custodians/Fellows that documentation has been received and that information will be provided on conditional renewals
Experience and Qualifications
  • Identification with the Foundations Vision, Mission and Ethos
  • Undergraduate degree relevant to the role.
  • At least five years experience in data management with at least three years leadership experience
