Job Title: Dealer Sales Operations Specialist

Location: Johannesburg

Job Type: Full-time

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for collecting, compiling and analyzing sales funnel data of each store, generating output analysis report, and providing strategic recommendations for improvement.

· Responsible for the collection and monitoring of store operations. Oversee the end-to-end sales planning process, establishing management standards and execution tools. Develop standard procedures for each sales link, providing clear guidance to ensure store operations.

· Responsible for developing and optimizing promotion policies. Identify and address network weaknesses by formulating effective strategies and providing operational guidance to dealers to enhance performance and efficiency.

· Responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing review of promotional policies

· Responsible for achieving annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets

· Other daily temporary work arranged by leaders

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelors Degree or above

· 2-3 years or above experience in automotive sales and store management

· Have experience in store management of mainstream automobile brands and understand the promotion policies of competitive brands.
