We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Debtors Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in debtors management, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 2 years experience in a Debtors Clerk role✅ Strong knowledge of debt collection processes and reconciliation✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills✅ Proficiency in Pastel/SAP/webaccounting or similar accounting software✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing debtors accounts and following up on outstanding payments
• Processing invoices, receipts, and statements
• Reconciliation of accounts and resolving queries
• Preparing reports for management
• Ensuring compliance with company policies
