Depot Admin Controller
Stellenbosch, Stellenbosch, ZA Vacancy: Depot Admin Controller Department: Operations - Depots Contract: Permanent Location: Stellenbosch Key areas of responsibilities
- Daily Inventory management.
- Capturing delivered loads on in-house ERP system.
- Reconciliation of inventory data with Depot stock.
- General administration and any administrative functions required in the inventory team.
- Loading payments on payment system (Payment Gateway).
- Ad hoc support as required.
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) with Mathematics and Accountancy as subjects
- And related tertiary qualifications
- Minimum three years working experience in a similar position.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Planning, organizing and excellent time management skills.
- Critical thinker with emotional resilience to overcome obstacles.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Good reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using an ERP system.
