POSITION: Digital Marketing Intern

REPORTS TO: Head of Marketing .

Were searching for part time digital marketing intern that is passionate about market research and guest satisfaction. Our ideal candidate has the ability to translate data and research into actionable marketing plans that enhance our brand.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Must have experience with - Adobe Suite: illustrator /photoshop / lightroom, Meta Business Suite and Social Media: Instagram / Facebook / TikTok

Working knowledge of market research, surveys and data analytics; Proficiency with Microsoft Office and content management systems (CMS); Strong analytical skills is a must; Excellent eye for details; Experience with product launches and/or integrated marketing campaigns; and Excellent written, communication and presentation skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Data analysis and feedback.

- Content creation.

- Contribute to the development of market strategies.

- Assist in the research of key market trends.

- Contribute to the companys SEO (search engine optimization), Google Ads, and Google Analytics.

- Support and assist with Pepperclub Hotels marketing plan, development, and executive marketing initiatives.

- Assist in the completion and execution of projects related to branding, content creation, and social media marketing.

- Conduct market research information on our targeted audience and competitors.

- Analyze market data and customer behaviour.

- Assisting in creating copy for social media platforms, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.

- Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for all marketing channels.

- Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.

- Contribute fresh ideas that can enhance the brands standing.

- Perform competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity
