District Coordinator
An exciting opportunity exists for District Coordinator to join Medipost Pharmacy. The position would primarily focus on the management of the Central Chronic Medicine Dispensing and Distribution programme activities which entails but not limited to employee management, stakeholder relationship management, query resolution and roll out of facilities within the province.
Description:
- Compliance with the POPI Act regulations.
- Compliance with the Pharmacy Act and the GOOD Pharmacy Practice as the governing principles of the pharmacy.
- Ongoing engagement with the CCMDD stakeholders, including, province, district, facilities as well as supporting partners.
- Maintain good working relationship with the Facilities, PUPs, supporting partners, district, provincial and national department of health
- Involvement in the CCMDD marketing and promotional campaigns within the province
- Good time management, outcome driven and deadline orientated
- Scheduling and facilitating facility and staff trainings when needed
- Identify and escalate queries through the relevant structures.
- Adaptability and problem solving with 100% query resolution within the province,
- Analysing information/reports and evaluating results for the best decision making and solving queries.
- Handling complaints from the facilities and PUPs
- Management of resources to meet project deliverables.
- Analytical oversee and monitor project patterns against predetermined objectives and deliverables
- Collaboration with colleagues and management
- Attend, facilitate and present at districts meetings including, ad hoc meetings, quarterly meetings, complaints meetings etc. to provide information about the program performance, products and services rendered by Medipost pharmacy.
- Self-initiative, self- motivated and willingness to constantly exceed expectations
- Management of all deliverables and reporting as per KPI measurement i.e. Dormant patient, closed patients, active patients, PMP returns, Script renewal, script renewed etc.
- Meeting deadlines and providing accurate and timeous feedback
- Maintain good housekeeping standards
- Continuous monitoring of incoming prescription and mailbox directories to ensure program growth.
- Updating and using relevant knowledge to keep up to date with internal innovations and applying new knowledge to the job.
- Evaluating information to determine compliance with standards- using relevant information and individual professional judgement to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations and SOPs.
Compentencies: Verbal and written communication skills, listening skills, patience, empathy, conflict resolution skills, customer service orientation, accuracy, data capturing skills, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills, time management, able to handle pressure, deadline orientated, neatness, initiative, confidentiality. Managerial and administrative skills, well-travelled and able to operate in various regions and communities
