DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Previous work experience post community service year in emergency centre in private / public hospital
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASProvide quality safe clinical care in the emergency centreAssist with teaching and co-ordinating clinical development programmes in the emergency centre to improve patient careAdhere to and to support the nursing staff in the application of triage in the emergency centreActively participate in company strategies e.g. PatientsFirst@MediclinicPartake in emergency centre quality improvement and quality assurance initiatives to ensure safe, quality patient care is delivered at all timesMaintain a minimum standard of emergency medical care knowledge and expertise at all times
