Ergasia, a leading recruitment firm, is expanding, and were looking for an External Recruiter to join our energetic team!
What Youll Do:- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across various industries
- Identify new business opportunities and grow our client base
- Source, screen, and present top candidates for our clients roles
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process from client briefing to offer stage
- Meet and exceed performance targets while building a robust pipeline
- R15,000 basic salary
- Generous commission structure - earn up to 20% on billings
- Work in a dynamic office environment with a supportive team

- Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a 360 recruitment role (agency experience a must).
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Resilient, results-driven, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working full-time in-office - this is not a remote or hybrid position
