Facilities Officer

???????Conduct regular inspections and audits on the building and applicable infrastructure

???????Provide work schedule according to building and maintenance?Plan?to ensure enforcement of policy and??procedures for safe working environment.

???????Manage and conduct quality control routine checks in compliance to OHSA and all other requisite regulations

???????Ensure that the workplace is in line with best practice.

???????Matric

???????Degree and or National Diploma in a building or facilities related field

???????3 - 5 years working experience in facilities/property related field in a corporate/public sector organization.

???????Minimum of 2 years at Supervisory level.

???????Structural / Mechanical/Electrical/ Civil Engineering degree would be an added advantage.

???????First aid and workplace safety regulations

???????Financial management and PFMA

???????Knowledge of building regulations, electrical installations, HVAC, and emergency standby systems

???????Ability to interpret architectural drawings and designs

???????Project management skills
