About the Role

Were looking for a Fiat Product Manager to lead the integration and optimization of Fiat payment channels across our exchange. Youll shape the strategy and roadmap for Fiat on- and off-ramps, manage projects across multiple teams, and ensure our users enjoy a seamless Fiat experience—no matter where theyre coming from.

What Youll Be Owning

Build and Scale Fiat Payment Infrastructure

• Lead research into local and global fiat channels across target markets.

• Design and own the vision, roadmap, and priorities for Fiat channel integrations.

• Identify the best-fit providers and payment flows for each market.

Drive Execution Across Teams

• Manage end-to-end fiat integration projects using agile frameworks.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams to implement scalable solutions.

• Ensure each fiat project is delivered with quality, speed, and compliance top of mind.

Optimize Performance and Unlock Growth

• Monitor and analyze fiat transaction success rates, failure points, and time-to-settle.

• Create dashboards, reports, and insights to drive data-informed improvements.

• Support new market launches with tailored fiat channel strategies.

Biggest Challenges Youll Tackle

• Unlocking local payment solutions in multiple countries while maintaining global consistency
• Prioritizing and delivering high-impact fiat projects with limited resources
• Driving transaction success while balancing risk, compliance, and cost
• Aligning cross-functional teams behind a single, customer-first fiat strategy

What Were Looking For

✅ You have 5+ years of experience in product management within fintech, payments, or blockchain. ✅ You have a deep understanding of fiat channels, PSPs, and banking integrations. ✅ Youre skilled in agile product delivery and cross-functional project management. ✅ You think logically, communicate clearly, and can articulate trade-offs and risks. ✅ Youre fluent in using data reporting tools and making decisions from data.

These are nice to have, so not necessarily a deal breaker for us

• Experience working in crypto exchanges or wallet platforms.

• Familiarity with PRDs, compliance documentation, and regulatory frameworks.

• A track record of launching payment products in African, LATAM, or Asian markets.
