Field Agent

iRam (Innovative Retail Account Management) | Western Cape, Western Cape | ZA

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Field Agent to support our operations in the Western Cape region. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. Key Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience essential (e.g. Pick n Pay, Game, Builders Warehouse)
  • Must reside in Tableview, Blouberg, or surrounding areas
  • Must speak and understand English fluently
  • Must own an Android phone compatible with Perigee app
  • Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Must have valid references from previous employers
  • Owning a car is advantageous and preferred
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily field targets

Compensation:

  • Basic Salary: R5,000
  • Travel Allowance: R2,200

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Visit designated retail outlets and field locations as per the daily schedule
  • Conduct stock checks, gather data, and report on product availability and positioning
  • Ensure promotional material is correctly displayed and maintained
  • Engage with store staff and management to ensure product visibility and compliance
  • Capture information accurately using the Perigee app on your Android device
  • Submit daily reports and updates to the supervisor or team lead
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand with integrity at all times
  • Travel to multiple locations daily within the Western Cape region
  • Perform any additional tasks relevant to field operations as assigned

Pay: From R5 000,00 per month
