Field Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities by talking to potential clients in the field.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Present and sell our financial products/services to new and existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close deals.
  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.

What Were Looking For:

  • Previous experience in field sales or a related role (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
