Job Summary:

On The Ball College is seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Finance Operator to manage and oversee invoices, debtors, creditors, student invoices, payment processing, and the management of student stipends. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of our institution and ensuring timely financial support for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and process accounts receivable and payable.

- Handle student billing and ensure timely payment of fees.

- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.

- Resolve any financial discrepancies and handle debtor/creditor communications.

- Load payments for operational expenses and vendor payments.

- Manage and distribute student stipends according to program guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a finance role.

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.

Skills:

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range:

R15,000 - R20,000 per month
