Forklift Driver

We are looking for:

An experienced Forklift driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating a forklift and have a valid license.

You will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials in and around the warehouse, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring that all materials are correctly stored.

Knowledge and abilities:

• Attention to detail
• Physical stamina
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Excellent spatial awareness.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple deliveries and prioritise tasks effectively to maintain efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining equipment
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles.
• Transporting materials within the warehouse or production facility.
• Ensuring loads are securely stacked and organized.
• Conducting regular equipment inspections.
• Maintaining clean and safe work areas.
• Adhering to safety guidelines
• Assisting with inventory management.
• Assisting in adhoc warehouse duties

Boxes to tick:

• Matric
• 2+ years experience as a forklift driver
• Valid drivers license
• Valid forklift license
• Valid forklift certification
