Freelance NDA Lawyer
This is a part-time remote role for a Freelance NDA Lawyer. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and ensuring that contracts protect the clients business interests. The Freelance NDA Lawyer will also provide legal advice to clients on a case-by-case basis and will collaborate with legal and non-legal teams to obtain necessary information for negotiating NDAs.
Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Law or related fieldAdmission to the bar in the country of practiceMinimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney in the drafting and reviewing of contracts, particularly NDAs.
Excellent analytical and communication skills with great attention to detail.
Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations and guidelines for the country of practiceAbility to work effectively remotely and in a team environment.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
