Grower Liaison

• Ensure that there is fluid and close communication between Driscolls (DZA) and Growers pertaining to fruit movement. • Ensure logistics chain is managed fluently, containers booked, trucks booked, all inbound logistics. • It is an integrated process that encompasses internal comms to growers, communication with internal Logistics chain, Morgan cargo and DZA team. • Complete Supply Chain management to Morgan cargo for all fruit. Responsibilities Candidate Profile

A dynamic role which ensures clear and timeous communication between Driscolls and growers regarding the execution of the supply plan into the commercial plan. This role encompasses informing packaging/SKU types to growers for them to pack according to the commercial plan while at the same time coordinating the internal logistics to ensure the fruit gets to in-country ports on time for export.
