Hairdressers
Candidate 1 will have to have a strong understanding about hair in general and treatments ie.keratin treatments,Botox, Brazilians, moisture treatments etc. Be clued up about colouring hair ,colour testing,colour matching and knowledge on lightened or darkened hair. Blow-outs,cutting and styling of hair has to be executed well.
Candidate 2 will have to have knowledge on how to braid hair all the different types and styles,wigs/ weave knowledge,have a strong understanding about hair and scalp health,have knowledge on treatments for the hair ,blow-out and execution of hairstyling needs to be on point.
Both candidates will be expected to keep their hair stations clean and be in charge of house keeping in the mornings,must be able to speak english and put the clients needs first and to be respectful of the work space, their work colleges and the salon as a whole ,both candidates must be able to keep up with trends and always be willing to learn.
