Position Overview:
As the Head of Project Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of customer projects through our Channel Partnerships. This position entails overseeing project performance across the channel portfolio, ensuring alignment with our product offerings and strategic goals.
You will have responsibility for developing and maintaining a robust delivery framework to support our high-profile partner organisations. Additionally, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous service improvements that enhance value for the Unified Communications (UC) business.
Responsibilities: Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the customer project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives
- Contributing to the execution of the Project Delivery Roadmap
- Implementing enhancements across delivery components for continuous improvement
- Analysing project financial performance to adhere to budget goals
- Collaborating with the Product Team on new product implementations, creating documentation and training for the delivery team
- Developing and maintaining performance metrics to assess project health
- Conducting portfolio reviews to identify underperforming projects and recommend corrective actions
- Preparing reports and dashboards on portfolio performance for senior management
- Leading quality partner reporting and provide analysis on trends, risks, and opportunities
- Establishing governance frameworks for project portfolio management and ensure compliance with policies
- Mentoring more junior team members
Qualifications & Experience:
The right candidate for this role will have:
- At least 10 years of experience in project management
- Knowledge of different project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and best practices
- Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project and JIRA
- A professional certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2 (highly desirable)
- The ability to lead and motivate stakeholders and team members
- The analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- The financial acumen to manage budgeting and resource allocation
Prior professional services or consultancy experience is desirable, but not essential.
Any experience in Telecommunications or Unified Communications would be beneficial, but is not essential.

The budgeted salary for this role is between 60,000 and 80,000 ZAR per month, depending on experience.
Hybrid working:
This hybrid role, with a remote-first emphasis, necessitates being in the office or at a client site for 4 days each month. Each team within our organisation can decide how to implement this policy. If you have any questions after applying, please reach out to our recruitment team.
