Hilltop Boutique Hotel & Restaurant, nestled on a picturesque hill in Victoria Bay, offers stunning views of Wilderness Beach, the Outeniqua Mountains, and the Kaaimans River. We provide a luxurious and peaceful escape for our guests, with exceptional customer service at the heart of our experience. We are looking for a dedicated and professional Duty Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest communications and services via email, WhatsApp, and phone
• Supervise housekeeping operations
• Provide general assistance in the restaurant
• Perform administrative duties
• Support event management and coordination

Requirements:

• Matric certificate (Grade 12)
• Own reliable transport
• Computer literate
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (written and spoken)
• Willing to work shifts and weekends
• A genuine passion for hospitality and working with people

Position Details:

• Salary: Market-related
• Hours: 40 hours per week (5 days a week)
