About Us:
We are a luxury hotel seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay with us is memorable.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage room assignments and key card issuance
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role
- Certification/Diploma in hospitality or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel management software.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
