HR Professional
Looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Professional to join our team in a key project leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering HR projects, supported by a Project Management certificate and practical experience with Agile methodologies.
Key responsibilities:
This role is suited for self-driven individuals capable of:
Leading cross-functional projects teams by leveraging internal people & culture capabilities.
Minimum requirements:
4 - 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on leading HR projects.
Demonstrated experience in managing or leading HR digital transformation, learning & development, talent, or total reward programs.
The ideal candidate must have worked on HR delivery projects using Agile Scrum methodologies and have an Agile Project Management Certificate.
