Human Resources Shared Services Admin
Summary:
Under general direction, organizes, and manages assigned functional areas of the Human Resources program including electronic processing, benefits, training and development, and employee relations. Responsible for accurately and efficiently managing and processing data within a Human Resources department, typically involving tasks like entering employee information into systems, verifying documents, reviewing payroll details, and ensuring compliance with HR policies, requiring strong attention to detail and proficiency with computer systems. Serves as the liaison with Payroll and Operations in all matters to ensure compliance with Company policies, State, and Federal laws.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for accurately managing and processing administrative data within specified timeframes for the Human Resources department while ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations regarding employee data.
Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
Document verification and review of employee documents like I-9 forms, unemployment claims, and company policy acknowledgements for accuracy and completeness.
Processing workorder transactions such as department changes, salary changes, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations while efficiently managing large volumes of data.
Administers and maintains unemployment responses, hearings, and claims in compliance with US State laws.
Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Human Resources experience and/or training required
· Secondary Education preferred
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of

· Excellent typing skills
