As an Outbound Sales Advisor with Ascensos, you will work within a fully supported environment, where you can demonstrate your commitment to providing outstanding customer support through your skills and personality.

Our client started a customer telecom revolution in the UK with the launch of TV and also provide BB, Talk and Mobile services.

If you want to be part of this exciting brand, we are looking to appoint Sales Advisors to join our successful Inbound Sales Team!

What To Expect

You will receive 4-weeks of training, access to a large number of resources, discounts and other tools to help you when talking to our potential customers.

Youll use your charisma and enthusiasm to introduce the great content and products available to secure new sales with the new customers.

This is a challenging and rewarding inbound role with generous bonus incentives and regular overlays and other incentives.

Our typical shift pattern involves: 40 hours within the week, covering Monday-Sunday, 8am to 8pm on a rotational basis (UK-time).

Please note. This position is based at our site in Salt River, Cape Town.

As part of #theAteam, youll receive full training and support to be the voice of our clients brand. So, theres no room for average.

Your role can include, but isnt limited to:

  • Providing outstanding customer service: youll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our customers, answering their questions, and exceeding their expectations.
  • Building relationships: Youll build great relations with your customers, peers and leadership team working together to ensure continued success.
  • Managing processes: Youll be trusted to process transactions and deal with customer data.
  • Problem-solving: Youll proactively identify and resolve customers questions, using your initiative and resourcefulness to find the best solutions.
  • Embracing a grow mindset: Youll be eager to learn and develop your skills, taking advantage of the training and support we provide to become an expert in your field.
  • Close deals: Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the terms and conditions.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets and other performance metrics.

  • 12 months experience in sales - whether thats face-to-face or contact centre-based.
  • Target-driven, with a proven track record of achieving results.
  • The ability to stay self-motivated in a competitive environment.
  • A passion for people and providing them with the best products & services.
  • The ability to read your customer and really understand their needs.
  • Be tenacious, adaptable, and resilient.
  • The ability to turn a negative into a positive sale.
  • Exhibit proper communication skills and formation of language while answering customer queries.
  • Exhibits politeness and promptness while influencing and convincing customers regarding a plan, product and services related to a product.
  • Must be well informed about our products and plans in order to pitch it in front of customers and convincing them to actually buy it.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and adheres to security and compliance norms laid out.
  • Negotiation Skills /Sales /Upselling can be a part of the role.
