Insurance Sales Field Agent

GroDirect is looking for motivated and excited Insurance Sales Agents to join our team. This is a great chance for people who are eager to start their sales career and grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment. No prior experience is required because comprehensive education will be provided.

Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Engagement: Promote and seal agreements with potential customers for products and services linked to insurance.

Product Knowledge: Gain an understanding of the companys products so that you can effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

Goal Achievement: Meet sales targets while bolstering the collective performance of the group.

Reporting: Keep an eye on sales activity and report back to team managers.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

- A Matric Certificate in Grade 12 is necessary. (Attach while applying.)- A valid ID from South Africa.- Comprehensive instruction will be provided;- Prior experience is not necessary.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Goal-oriented, upbeat, and receptive to new information.- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.- Dependability and punctuality are essential.
