Interview Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Interview Coordinator to manage the scheduling and execution of candidate interviews. In this role, you will play a key part in the hiring process by ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and interviewers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate interview details and confirmations with all parties involved
  • Conduct initial screening interviews based on set criteria
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and interview feedback
  • Support the recruitment team with calendar management and follow-ups
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the process
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to recruiting as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative role (6 - 12 months preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using scheduling tools and communication platforms (e.g., Google Calendar, Zoom, email)
  • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
